Training Disclaimer

Training Disclaimer

This Training Disclaimer applies to all training programmes, courses, workshops, and educational content delivered by EOS Lumière Services Ltd (“EOS Lumière,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), whether delivered online, in-person, or through downloadable materials.

1. Nature of Our Training

The training programmes offered by EOS Lumière are designed to provide practical knowledge, skills development, and professional preparation across the sectors we serve, including healthcare, enforcement and compliance, business and entrepreneurship, digital skills, and workplace development. Our training is intended to support learners in building competence and confidence in their chosen field.

2. Not a Substitute for Regulated Qualifications

Our training programmes are not, unless explicitly stated otherwise, regulated qualifications recognised by Ofqual or any UK qualifications regulator. Where a programme references industry frameworks, standards, or recognised practices (such as the Care Certificate or safeguarding procedures), completion of our training does not automatically confer any regulated qualification, licence, certification, or legal authorisation to practise in that field.

Learners are responsible for confirming the specific entry, licensing, or qualification requirements of their intended employer, regulatory body, or industry sector before relying on our training as sufficient preparation for employment or practice.

3. No Guarantee of Employment or Outcomes

Completion of any EOS Lumière training programme does not guarantee employment, career advancement, business success, or any specific outcome. While our programmes are designed to improve knowledge and practical capability, individual results depend on factors outside our control, including but not limited to the learner’s effort, local market conditions, employer requirements, and external regulatory changes.

4. Accuracy and Currency of Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that the content of our training programmes is accurate, current, and aligned with relevant UK laws, regulations, and best practices at the time of delivery. However, laws, regulations, and industry standards can change. EOS Lumière does not guarantee that training content will remain current after the date of delivery, and learners should independently verify any legal, regulatory, or compliance-related information before applying it in a professional context.

5. Professional and Legal Advice

Nothing in our training programmes constitutes legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice. Where our training touches on legal or regulatory topics (such as business registration, tax obligations, safeguarding law, or enforcement procedures), this content is provided for educational purposes only. Learners should seek independent professional advice for their specific circumstances.

6. Healthcare and Enforcement-Specific Training

For training related to healthcare, care work, safeguarding, or enforcement roles, learners are reminded that such roles often carry independent legal obligations, including but not limited to DBS checks, regulatory body registration, and employer-specific induction requirements. Completion of our training does not exempt learners from any such independent obligations.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EOS Lumière Services Ltd shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or harm arising from a learner’s reliance on training content, including but not limited to loss of employment opportunity, business loss, or any indirect or consequential loss.

8. Changes to This Disclaimer

We may update this Training Disclaimer from time to time to reflect changes in our programmes or applicable law. The most current version will always be available on our website.
